It seems ridiculous to me that you have to pay in order to receive the daily word of God. Ill stick with my free apps that are just as encouraging.

I have enjoyed this app for two years now and I always look forward to the new content and pictures. I am loving the series and get frustrated when I get behind:) keep up the great work! One suggestion: a highlighting feature. There are so many tiny tidbits Id like to remember from a given post that the Favorite this post feature doesnt satisfy at times. Hope this helps you fine tune greatness!!!

With wonderful artwork/photography, the messages in the daily readings are simply amazing. I love this app so much that I have two accounts and purchased the subscriptions twice. The option to download the artwork and use it for my wallpapers remind me of the message for the day. I share the readings through FB messenger, Facebook and Evernote and more. Love love gorgeous typography carefully chosen Scripture so in love with Him

Alright, Im really torn with this app. I really like the content, but I find myself hunting for the next grammatical error when reading. There always seems to be a little something in there, a typo or word used in the wrong context, that just bothers me. Maybe that, coupled with the authors random use of the first person, just once in a while, in a "diary" type way, is whats bugging me. However, the images are beautiful, the content is great, and I really do love it. Maybe Im just being cynical about the grammar because I paid $10 for this year long devotional....? Je ne sais pas.

Since when do you have to read Gods word.This app has beautiful things in it but only the two first daily verses are free then you have to subscribe. Ill stick to the free apps that are even better than this one.

My husband and I have been reading this devotional every morning for three years!! It has become such a pivotal part of our relationship with God. The authors writing is so moving. She really makes ideas that used to seem so lofty and meant for someone else tangible. The art is lovely but its her writing that makes the app!! Nothing else out there like this! Keep up the amazing work!

I love this app so much! She is so down to earth and knows just how to word things so it clicks and I can understand fully. I love being able to see this writers heart and her ability to admit to her weaknesses, something we all need to work on. This app has gotten me through A LOT and I just love reading the entries and rereading them. I dont care that you have to pay for it, ITS SO WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

In searching for a title for this review Beautiful seemed the most appropriate. The writer of these devotions speaks from the heart that loves Jesus. She shares her struggles in a way that relates to all of us. She always seems to have a fresh take on Scriptures youve heard a million times. I never miss a day! Thank you for your honesty and for sharing your gift with all of us.

I love that no matter where I am this devotional is right at my fingertips. The message is always encouraging and I feel some days like the message was written just for me. I always find myself blessed and often challenged by the authors writing. Well worth the money for the annual subscription.

Seriously? Id love this app but paying for a daily devotional on your phone, not cool.

Be very careful when you download this app. While the content is good, the app itself is broken is many ways and has several flaws. The Today view widget doesnt work and only displays black squares in place of that days devotional preview. The reminder you set in settings doesnt work. And you cant even send diagnostics to their support because the email form within the app doesnt work. I tried to give this app a chance and even consult with their support team but I havent heard anything in over a week from them. Even if Im only going to spend 99 cents, I want the app to be flawless. This one has too many bugs and a huge lack of support for fixing problems. Dissapointing guys. Hope future updates fix all this stuff.
